01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the ph09 platform, including visitors, registered players, and any person who accesses any part of the ph09 website or services. By using ph09, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that you are doing so voluntarily.

ph09 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date reflecting the most recent revision. Your continued use of the ph09 platform after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with ph09's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and ph09.

02 Eligibility

To register and use the ph09 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine regulations governing casino-style online gaming.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing ph09 from, any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of ph09, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the ph09 platform for any reason.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

ph09 does not knowingly accept registrations from minors. If we discover that a player has provided false information regarding their age, ph09 will immediately close the account, void all wagers placed, and report the matter to the appropriate regulatory authorities as required by Philippine law.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of ph09 services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

Each individual may hold only one (1) ph09 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual – whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or devices – is strictly prohibited. ph09 uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ph09 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances or bonuses therein.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your ph09 login credentials (username and password).
• All activity that occurs under your ph09 account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Notifying ph09 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Ensuring that you log out of your ph09 account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

ph09 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from ph09 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to ph09 support immediately.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

ph09 supports a range of Philippine-friendly payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metro bank. All transactions on ph09 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits: Deposits are credited to your ph09 account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and compliance checks. ph09 aims to process approved withdrawals within the timeframes displayed on the platform, which vary by payment method.
• Same Payment Method: ph09 reserves the right to require that withdrawals be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, as an anti-money laundering measure.
• Verification Requirements: ph09 may require you to submit identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) requirement and is not optional.
• Transaction Fees: ph09 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which ph09 bears no responsibility.
• Currency: All account balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). ph09 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

ph09 offers various bonuses, promotions, free credits, and other incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

General bonus conditions applicable to all ph09 promotions include:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not been used or withdrawn before the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on a ph09 account at any given time. Players must complete or forfeit an existing bonus before claiming a new one.
• Abuse Prevention: ph09 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably suspects that the bonus has been claimed through fraudulent means, in breach of these Terms, or through the use of multiple accounts.
• Game Contributions: Different game types may contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.

ph09 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus at the time of any modification will not be adversely affected by changes to that specific promotion's terms.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the ph09 platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing wagers. ph09 accepts no responsibility for losses incurred as a result of a player's failure to understand the applicable game rules.

• Random Number Generators: All ph09 casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG systems are independently tested and certified.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or system failure, ph09 reserves the right to void any affected wagers and return the staked amounts to the players' accounts. Winnings generated as a result of a malfunction are not valid and will not be paid.
• Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on ph09. These limits are displayed within each game and may vary by game type, player account status, and applicable regulations.
• Disconnection Policy: If a player is disconnected during a game round, ph09's system will complete the round according to the game's rules. ph09 is not liable for losses resulting from disconnections caused by the player's internet connection or device.
• Disputed Results: In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, ph09's server logs shall be the definitive record. Players may raise disputes through ph09's customer support channel within 30 days of the relevant game round.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph09 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with ph09 games or systems.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the ph09 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the website, is the property of ph09 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph09 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any ph09 content without prior written consent.
• Modify or create derivative works based on ph09 content or software.
• Use ph09's trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without prior written authorization.
• Frame or mirror any part of the ph09 website on any other website or platform.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph09 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ph09 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, disconnections, or system errors.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the ph09 platform or any of its services.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information provided on the ph09 platform.

ph09's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ph09 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph09 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

ph09 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or other legal requirement.
• Extended inactivity, as defined in ph09's dormant account policy.

Players may also voluntarily close their ph09 account at any time by contacting ph09 customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. ph09 may apply a monthly dormancy fee to dormant accounts, as disclosed in the platform's fee schedule. Players will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied.

12 Responsible Gaming

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ph09 platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.

ph09 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine online gaming regulations. Regulatory complaints may be directed to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority. ph09 will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation.
